Chang, Keh-Chin is an Professor Emeritus from the National Cheng Kung University, Taiwan. He completed his graduation from the National Taiwan University, Taiwan. Later he completed his M.S., in Energy Engineering, Applied Mathematics and Ph.D., in Mechanical Engineering, from the University of Illinois, USA. He worked as an Engineer, Associate Professor, Visiting Professor, Director/Deputy Director, Director, Professor in various companies and Universities. His research Specialities are Spray Combustion , Two-Phase Turbulence Simulation , Turbulence Modeling and Measurement , Solar Thermal Energy Application. He published more than 197 papers in various National and International Journals.
